Maintenance A la Carte Services

Lawn Care Services in Houston

Our maintenance a la carte services are add-ons to our core lawn mowing program, these services can only be added when on a weekly or biweekly mowing program.

  • Maintenance Shrub Trimming: Shrub trimming will be preformed once a month, as needed throughout the year. Your shrubs will be trimmed following all cultural practices to ensure proper growth while keeping your shrubs looking their best year-round. Shrub clippings will normally be mulched into the lawn during your regular mowing, bagging of shrub trimmings will only be done when necessary. Maintenance shrub trimming keeps the cost of shrub trimming affordable by taking what can be a very large task and breaking it up into more manageable chunks over a year. Frequent trimming will also ensure your shrubs never look overgrown and unkept.
  • Flowerbed Weed Control: Flowerbed weed control will be preformed during your regular scheduled lawn mowing & maintenance services. Flowerbed maintenance will be achieved through a combined effort of the use of pre-emergent weed barrier applications, spraying of weeds in the flowerbeds, and physical removal of bedded weeds.
  • Dog Waste Pick Up & Removal: Dog waste pickup & removal will be preformed during your regular scheduled lawn mowing & maintenance service. Dog poop is grass and it’s not that great for your lawn either. That’s why we offer a convenient weekly dog waste pick-up service. We will pick up and bag all dog waste located in your front and back lawn and dispose of it for you.

Fertilization & Weed Control

Protect your lawn from weeds, insects, diseases, and climate-induced stress. Thriving turf requires more nutrients from the soil than are naturally replenished in the Greater Houston Area. With irrigation, crowded trees, contained landscaping, and our extreme Texas climate, we often find our turf in need of some additional help. Regular lawn supplementation is a necessity to replace vital nutrients to help create a healthy, green lawn. Every lawn is different; there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fertilization and weed control in the Greater Houston Area. Our three different programs are built with flexibility in mind. Our licensed technicians will identify problems, offer insight on mowing and watering, and adjust treatments to meet your lawn’s specific needs.

Looking for more help for your lawn? CLS Lawn Services also offers landscape design and installation, seasonal maintenance, irrigation and drainage, aeration, and pest control. Our team is active throughout northwestern Houston including Cypress, Jersey Village, and the Greater Houston area. Contact us today or call (832) 554-9811 for a free estimate.
